Damon Dash is the co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records and former owner of RocaWear (sold it to HOVA for $22 million).  And now he’s got this space in Tribeca with a recording studio (BlakRoc was recorded there), an art gallery and all sorts of nooks and crannies where he’s gonna make a television show and a magazine.
